Select Rack is the most common design employed in warehousing because of it's flexibility to handle pallets of different sizes and weights.

 

   

 

 Push Back Rack is a high-density storage system.This system requires pallets to be of similar sizes and weights with inventory stored in a last in first out system.The Push Back systems employee carts where pallets are stored and gravity feed forward as the pallets are removed.   Push Back systems are typical 2-4 pallets deep.  

 

 

Drive-in Rack   is also a high-density storage system. As with push back rack requires pallets to be of similar sizes and weights and also requires an Inventory system which allows "first in first out" storage. 

 

This racking can be re-configured to provide drive-thru storage.   This system requires pallets to be of similar sizes and weights and proves a "first in first out" storage.
